Shipping Info
We process all orders within 1 to 3 business days. Everything is packed in plain, unbranded boxes or bubble mailers so your business stays private. No logos, no labels hinting at what's inside.

Delivery Times
Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days once it leaves our hands. For cross-border or international destinations, it can take 7 to 14 business days depending on how fast your local customs office processes the package.
Returns & Refunds
Because we deal with vape hardware and consumables, health laws and safety regulations mean we have to keep our return policy pretty tight.
The 14-Day Rule
You have 14 days from the day your package arrives to ask for a return. To get a refund, the product must be completely unopened, unused, and still factory-sealed in its original wrapping.
What Can't Be Returned
For sanitary and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened items, including:
- E-liquids, juices, or pods with broken seals.
- Used tanks, mouthpieces, or replacement coils.
- Disposable vapes that have been taken out of their plastic wrappers.
Defective Items (Dead on Arrival)
If your device has a factory defect or won't turn on right out of the box, please let us know within 3 days of delivery. Shoot an email to our support team with your order number and a quick video or picture showing the issue, and we will get a replacement sorted out for you.
Note: Customers cover their own return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Common Questions
Will the package say "Vapes" on the box?
No. Your privacy matters to us. The package will be completely generic and discreet.
Can I change my shipping address?
